Is Over 40 Bodybuilding Possible?

When you turn 40, your body starts to decline. Let’s face it, you’re getting older. That’s why they call people that turn 40 over the hill. It’s a time when you’re facing middle age and it’s only down hill from there. However, many people over 40 are bodybuilding. Is that possible, however? Can someone over 40 be a good bodybuilder? Of course they can. Just because you’re turning 40, or you’re over 40, doesn’t mean you can’t develop your body into a more impressive physique. It may require extra work, a stricter diet and more supplementation but it can be done. If you want to be an over 40 bodybuilder, talk to people who body build at that age for tips and tricks. Read as many books and magazines as you can and talk to the health food clerks about special supplements for people your age. With hard work and dedication, you can truly make as an over 40 bodybuilder.

Talk To Others

If you want to be an over 40 bodybuilder, join a gym and look around for others your age. If they’re built how you want to be built, they are the ones to talk to. Ask them how they did it. Ask them how they fought aging and achieved the physique they did. They’ll likely be glad to help. Anyone likes to hear that someone else looks up to them and they’ll tell you all you want to hear about being an over 40 bodybuilder.

Read Everything You Can

There are countless books and magazines about over 40 bodybuilders that will give you everything you need to push your body beyond its limits. These books and magazines will give you supplement help, training tips and they’ll even show you pictures so that you can keep proper form.

Supplements

Your body doesn’t produce the same hormones at 40 and beyond like it used to. These hormones, such as testosterone, are what will build strong, large muscles. You can give yourself an added boost, however, by using the right supplements. You may have to use more supplements if you want to be an over 40 bodybuilder than you did when you were twenty or so but it’s worth it if you hope to build your body beyond others your age.

You can be an over 40 bodybuilder if you study as much as you can and you emulate others who are your age and beyond. That’s the best way to achieve the physique goals you’re hoping for and to be the best over 40 bodybuilder you can be.

iam a 44 years person y i am oing to start lifting weights, but i need suplements for get the stronger and get bigmuscles,
and i dont know wich is better for me to take the protein or the creatin or boths, and if the glutamine and vitamin, and extra vit e and c…how i have to take them, and if is necesary to take them in the days to rest..i going to do 3 or 4 days a week and every saturdays i play soccer for hour and a half…..
